ORDINANCE NO. 2008-22 <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR <br /> MAY 1,2007 THROUGH APRIL 30,200 <br /> FIRE PENSION - FUND 90 <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation <br /> Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, ertain additional expenses <br /> were not then anticipated when said annual Appropriation Ordinance as adopted; and <br /> WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of <br /> the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to <br /> the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereb appropriated in the Fire <br /> Pension — Fund 90, for the corporate purposes, expenses, and lawful harges of the City for the <br /> fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, said sums to be provi ed for as aforesaid: <br /> Fire Pension Payments $325,000 <br /> Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items f any appropriation herein <br /> may be expended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwi e so appropriated herein. <br /> Section 3.
