. � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-07 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERT <br /> - 3900 BLOCK LOURDES DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 2008, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Vahl amp to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lot 16 except the South 90.42 feet thereof and except the West 305.16 feet <br /> thereof and Lot 17 except the West 131.72 feet thereof and ex ept the East 25.00 <br /> feet thereof, All in Mound Place, and Addition to the City of ecatur, Illinois as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 624 of the Records in the Recorder's Office, <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to PD Planned Developme t District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pla Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth below and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said abo e described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District, to PD Planned <br /> Development District. <br />
