' � w <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2007-54 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 4275 EAST MOUND ROAD - <br /> - FARM PROGRESS SITE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 2007, upon due notic , the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Brush College LC to modify and amend <br /> the Conditional Use Permit previously approved by Ordinance No. 005-19, to allow for the <br /> construction of permanent signage on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, the Eas One-Half of the <br /> Northwest Quarter, the West One-Half of the Northeast Qua er, and the North <br /> One-Half of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 32, Township 17 North, Range 3 <br /> East of the Third Principal Meridian, Macon County, Illinoi , encompassing a <br /> nominal 280 acres, more or less; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did rep rt its findings and did <br /> recommend that the amendment of said Conditional Use Permit as req ested be authorized. <br /> I NOW, 7'HEREFORE, BF, IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur ity Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the following condition, the aforesaid onditional Use Permit be, <br />' and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and petitioner be, a d it is hereby, authorized <br /> and permitted to construct permanent signage at the site. <br /> A. Prior to construction, a sign permit shall be require for all signage by <br />, the Economic and Urban Development Department <br />
