. i ORDINANCE NO. 2007-30 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1, 2006 THROUGH APRIL 30, 200 DUI COURT FINES—FUND 26 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council o the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, ce ain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual A propriation Ordinance was adopted has been made available or is anticipated to become availa le by higher revenues and lower expenditures; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not i excess of the aggre�ate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be receive by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COU CIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are herel�y appropriated in the DUI Court Fine Budget — Fund 26, for the corporate purposes, expenses; and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, said ums to be provided for as aforesaid: Operating Expenses $10,000 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items f any appropriation herein may be expended to make up deficiencies in any- sum or sums otherwi e so appropriated herein.
