� r •# ORDINANCE NO. 2007-28 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1, 2006 THROUGH APRIL 30, 200 NON-DEPARTMENTAL-GENERAL FUN 10 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, c rtain additional expenses were not then anticipated when said annual Appropriation Ordinance as adopted; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggre�ate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF D�.C��"I'tJR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereby appropriated in the Non- Departmental Budget in the General Fund - Fund 10, for the corpora purposes, expenses, and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through A ril 30, 2007, said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: Ice Storm Cleanup $265.000 Section 2. 1'hat any unexpended balance of any item or items f any appropriation herein may be expended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwis so appropriated herein.
