NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CNtJNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: , Section 1. That the above described street be, and trie. same is ereby, vacated as public street inasmuch as the same is no longer required for �ublic use and t e public� interest will be subserved by such vacation, said street being shown on the plat the•eof hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof.
