, � . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-18 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE <br /> - 1914 NORTH CHURCH STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, <br /> parking be, and it is hereby, prohibited in front of the residence at 1914 North Church Street at all <br /> times and the same is hereby restricted to only those vehicles bearing special registration plates <br /> issued for operation of vehicles by or for the physically handicapped, or those vehicles displaying a <br /> handicapped decal. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two <br /> Hundred Dollars ($250.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
