ORDINANCE NO. 2006-16 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2065 SOUTH 34TH PLACE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of March, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Jerry Nuzzo and Bart Peters to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> The East 219.13 feet of the West 329.13 feet of the West half of the West half of <br /> the South half of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br /> of Section 30, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of Third P.M., except the North <br /> 135 feet thereof. Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-2 Single Family Residence District, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said pe- <br /> tition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> Single Family Residence District to R-2 Single Family Residence District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and de- <br /> fined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, lllinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
