. � ORDINANCE NO. 2006-10 ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT - 4334 NORTH PROSPECT DRIVE - WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of February, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Core States Engineering to modify and ' amend the B-3 Planned Shopping Center District previously approved by Ordinance No. 1990- 19, and as subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and de- scribed as follows: Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) of Wal-mart's First Addition as per plat re- corded in Book 1832, Page 372 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Wal-mart's Second Addition as per plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 389 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) of Wal-mart's Third Ad- dition as per plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 670 of the records in the Re- corder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recom- mend that the modification of said Planned Shopping Center District as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLiNOIS:
