ZION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Memorandum of Understanding presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Macon County Soil And Water Conservation District, Macon <br /> County, Village of Forsyth and Village of Mt. Zion, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> and Macon County Soil and Water Conservation District, Macon County, Village of Forsyth and <br /> Village of Mt.
