R2008-99 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> -HOME PROGRAM FY 2007/2008- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and the Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation (NHDC) regarding HOME <br /> funding for Affordable Green Housing Initiative be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor, Assistant Director of Economic and Urban Development and <br /> the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, seal, and attest said <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City for HOME funding amount not to exceed $95,000 for project <br /> funds and $4,750 for operating funds. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2008. <br /> � ' / � <br /> MI HAEL .
