R2008-98 <br /> RESOLUTION ASCERTAINING PREVAILING <br /> RATE OF WAGES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> PUBLIC WORKS BY CONTRACT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the general prevailing rate of wages in this locality for work in the <br /> construction of public works by contract be, and the same is hereby, ascertained to be as set out <br /> in Exhibit A hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause this <br /> Resolution along with said Exhibit to be on file and available for public inspection at the office <br /> of said Clerk, and to cause a duly certified copy thereof to be filed in the office of the Secretary <br /> of State. <br /> Section 3.
