Book: �t�64 Page: 287 Receipt #: 72886 Recording Fee: �91.00 �ii��tl@I� ;v,. nea� Pages Recorded: 5 Authorized B�,Y,� � County c,�erF; u1aeor �'n�,nT� Dat e Recorded: 10/22/2015 3:55:06 PM �� ORDINANCE NO. 2015-56 ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT - 4491 EAST REAS BRIDGE ROAD - WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of October, 2015, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Fred Wilhite, to rezone premises legally described as: A part of that part of the North '/2 of the South '/z of the Southeast '/4 of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3�a P.M. shown by Plat in Book 1872 on Page 467 in the Records of the Macon County Recorder described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the North '/2 of the South '/Z of the Southeast '/o of said Section 32; thence West 1850.54 feet along the centerline of SA Route 24 as shown by Plat in Book 1393 on Page 585 in the Records of the Macon County Recorder; thence South 40.0 feet at right angles to said centerline to the point of beginning which is on the South right of way line of said SA Route 24; thence continuing South 320.0 feet to an iron pin; thence West 130.0 feet to an iron pin; thence North 320.0 feet to an iron pin on the South right-of-way line of SA Route 24; thence East along the South right of way line of said SA Route 24 to the point of beginning. Situated in Macon County, Illinois, from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-2 Heavy Industrial District; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted.
