RESOLUTION NO. R2006-166 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONFERENCE TRAVEL <br /> ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE <br /> - LEADERSHIP ENHANCEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the participation of <br /> Councilwoman Betsy Stockard to attend the Illinois Municipal League's Leadership <br /> Enhancement and Development dialogues, said dialogues scheduled in Oakbrook, <br /> Springfield, and Urbana-Champaign (two sessions), and said conference travel <br /> expenses approximating less than $500.00 be, and thev are hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
