R2006-78 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> STREET RESTORATION <br /> CITY PROJECT 06-08 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 06-08, Street <br /> Restoration, Section No. 06-00608-00-FP, and presented herewith be received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, A Division of Tyrolt, Inc., be accepted �! <br /> and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Dunn Company, <br /> A Division of Tyrolt, Inc., for said plan for their bid price of$2,044,548.20.
