,s . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-74 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 805-845 NORTH MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of August, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of E. Mike Osborne to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lots Five (5), Eight (8) and Nine (9) of Block Five (5) of Durfee and King's <br /> Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book R, Page 409 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District and B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to B-2 <br /> Commercial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petirion be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the condirions set forth below, said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District and B-1 Neighborhood Shopping <br /> District to B-2 Commercial District: <br /> A. That a site plan, including landscaping and lighting will be required for <br /> any additional parking lot paving at the site; <br /> B. A building permit is required for any additional parking lot <br /> development; and, <br />
