w <br /> ► � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-70 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE-WAY STREET <br /> - ILLINOIS STREET FROM CONDIT STREET TO MARIETTA STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, a <br /> portion of North Illinois Street from the south right-of-way line of Condit Street to the north <br /> right-of-way line of Marietta Street be, and the same is hereby, established as a one-way street for <br /> southbound traffic only and all vehicles traveling on said portion of said street shall travel south. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That Ordinance No. 92-44 be, and is hereby, repealed.
