ORDINANCE NO. 2004-52 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 34 <br /> -TRAFFIC - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 34 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, amended and modified at Section 21 and Section 71 (b), so that said Section 21 <br /> and Section 71 (b) as modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 21. NIGHT PARKING OVER-SIZED VEHICLES. <br /> 71. DOWNTOWN RESIDENT PARKING PERMITS. <br /> B. Any resident of the Downtown Decatur Customer Parking Zone <br /> may, upon payment of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per month to the Finance <br /> Department of the City of Decatur, be eligible to receive a single, nontransferable <br /> "Downtown Resident Parking Permit - Class B" authorizing the vehicle described <br /> in the pernut application only, to park in the Downtown Area, without additional <br /> fee, as follows: <br /> (i). Vehicles displaying valid Downtown Resident Parking Pernuts - Class <br /> B may be parked at any otherwise unrestricted City-controlled, metered or , <br /> non-metered pazking garage, surface parking lot, or street parking space, except <br /> those metered or posted spaces designated '20 Minute Limit", "30 Minute Limit", <br /> or"1 Hour LimiY'. <br />
