R2005-153 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br /> -HOME PROGRAM FY 2005/2006 <br /> -COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CHDOZ <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreements presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and the Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation("NHDC") and the Near West <br /> Restoration and Preservation Society(`21WRAPS") regarding Community Housing Development <br /> Organizations funding be, and they are hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
