That the tabulation of the bids received for furnishing portland cement <br /> concrete presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of VCNA Prairie, Inc., in the amount of$151,942 be accepted, <br /> and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
