That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and the Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation ("NHDC") regarding <br /> Community Housing Development Organizations funding be, and it is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
