R2004-45 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> MOUND ROAD & U.S.ROUTE 51 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2002-35 � <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2002-35, Mound Road & <br /> U.S. Route 51 Improvements, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Illinois Valley Paving Company, be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
