INC.— <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the offer of BARBECK COMMUNICATIONS, INC., to sell to the City <br /> of Decatur the necessary equipment and installation service for a backup radio communications <br /> system for a total price of Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($99,690.00), <br /> as described in Police Department Memorandum #02-70, be, and the same is hereby, accepted <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest such agreements or other documents as are necessary to effect the <br /> provisions hereof. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 2002. <br /> Terry M.
