R2002-199 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, that there is hereby <br /> appropriated the suxn of$60,270 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of the City's portion of <br /> the costs for the proposed improvements of traffic signals at various intersections in the City as <br /> described in Agreement No. JN-502015 with the State of Illinois. <br /> BE IT FLTRTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall imxnediately transmit two certified <br /> copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Paris, <br /> Illinois. <br /> DATED THIS 4th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2002. <br /> APPROVED: <br /> TERRY .
