R2002-193 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SKS ENGINEERS, INC., <br /> FOR DESIGN SERVICES <br /> COUNTRY MANOR/POWERS BOULEVARD AREA STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing design services for the Country Manor / <br /> Powers Boulevard Area Street Improvements presented to the Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and SKS Engineers, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
