RESOLUTION NO. R2002-187 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> 1759 NORTH WYCKLES ROAD <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the agreement for water service outside of the corporate limits presented <br /> to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of the premises <br /> commonly known as 1759 North Wyckles Road, be, and the same hereby is, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
