R2002-184 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002 /2003 <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 2002/2003 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Decatur <br /> Community Partnership and Decatur Memorial Foundation be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said agreements on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 2002. <br /> TERRY M.
