That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and Blackstone Group of Decatur, LLC regarding the installation of highway traffic signals at the 44th <br /> Street and U.S. Route 36 intersection,be, and the same is hereby,received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2.
