RESOLUTION NO. R2002-96. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL <br /> CONVEYANCE OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTY <br /> - 1270 NORTH COLLEGE STREET - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the property commonly known as 1270 North College Street be <br /> conveyed to that person(s) who contracted for the purchase of same from the City of Decatur <br /> through the City's Homestead Program, the Council finding that the provisions of said contract <br /> has been substantially complied with by said parties. <br /> Section 2.
