R2002-77 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> PURCHASE OF PERMANENT EASEMENT <br /> 3347 EAST ORCHARD DRIVE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Permanent Easement for storm sewer installation through the real <br /> estate described in Exhibit A hereto, be purchased from the Mr. Shane L. Cole for the purchase <br /> price of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00), be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and accepted. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay said amount to <br /> Mr. Shane L.
