R2002-71 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET <br /> FOR TI3E CITY OF DECATUR <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 <br /> WHEREAS: The annual budget for the fiscal year beginning May l, 2002 and ending <br /> April 30, 2003 has been proposed by the City Manager and reviewed by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS: The proposed budget was available for public inspection and a public <br /> hearing was held. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
