That the City has requested Architectural Expressions to provide the <br /> administration and management services for the construction of the new Central Park Fountain. . <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of Architectural Expressions, LLP be accepted and an <br /> agreement awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
