That the City Project 2002-19, Annual Sewer Television Inspection Program, <br /> presented herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of Tele-Scan, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute this agreement between the City of Decatur and Tele Scan, Inc. , for a fee not <br /> to exceed $200,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 15th day of April,2002. <br /> TERRY M.
