That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2001-47, Spring Creek <br /> Channel Rehabilitation, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Willoughby Excavating, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
