R2001-197 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> -KAT'S EXCAVATING- <br /> CITY PROJECT - 0102-14B <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing demolition of property <br /> (901 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.) City Project 0102-14B presented herewith be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Kat's Excavating be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. T'hat the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Kat's Excavating for their bid <br /> price of$6318.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED THIS 29th day of October, 2001. <br /> Terry M.
