R2001-140 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR A CAPITAL ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> -ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur file an application with the State of Illinois in order to <br /> obtain capital grant assistance under the provisions of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois <br /> (Part 8.5), 20 ILCS 2705/49 et se .; the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Part 9), 20 ILCS <br /> 5/51; and the General Obligation Bond Act, 30 ILCS 330/4. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager, the City Clerk and the Corporation Counsel of the City <br /> of Decatur be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute and file such Application <br /> on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
