ORDINANCE NO. 2003-01 <br /> ORDINANCE DESIGNATING HUBBARD AVENUE <br /> AS A CLASS II HIGHWAY <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate regulatory signs giving notice thereof are placed <br /> thereon, Hubbard Avenue from 27th Street to Brush College Road be, and it is hereby, designated <br /> a Class II highway. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to place appropriate signs upon said street. <br /> Section 3.
