* . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-80 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> -DREDGE MOBILIZATION SITE - <br /> - 3615 NORTH STAR ROUTE ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of September, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Keith D. Alexander, Water <br /> Management Director for the City of Decatur, for a conditional use permit under the provisions <br /> of Section V, B, 2 of the Zoning Ordinance to construct, operate and maintain a dredge <br /> mobilization site, on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty-four(34),Township <br /> Seventeen(17)North, Range Three(3) East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Macon <br /> County, Illinois; and also <br /> The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the East <br /> Half of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the South <br /> Seven(7) acres of the West Half of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter, all in Section 34, Township 17 North, Range Three(3) East of the <br /> Third Principal Meridian; except those parts conveyed for Lake Decatur shown in Book <br /> 543, Page 591 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br />
