t ORDINANCE NO. 2002-73 ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT - - 1155 SOUTH MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE - WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of August, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Keith D. Alexander, Director of Water Management, City of Decatur, for a conditional use permit under the provisions of Section VIII B. 3. of the Zoning Ordinance to construct, operate and maintain a water treatment facility, on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: Blocks One (1) and Two (2) of Leforgee and Patterson's Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page 564 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby,received,placed on file and granted. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to the City of Decatur, to construct, operate and maintain a water treatment facility upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plans hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
