► <br /> . . <br /> A <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-49 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 375 NORTH 22ND STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of June, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Robert E. Graven to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lot Twenty-two (22) of Roach McReynolds First Addition (except state road), as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 158 of the Records in the Recorder's Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> from B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. T'hat said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from B-1 <br /> Neighborhood Shopping District to B-2 Commercial District. <br />
