• 1 ' ti <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-110 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1053. 1059. 1063 AND 1073 WEST WOOD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Phillip W. Cochran to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9) of Wood Land Addition <br /> to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 83 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-6 MLJLTIPLE DWELLINGDISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-6 <br /> MLTLTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br />
