i � , ORDINANCE NO. 99-17 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE -NIANTIC OIL COMPANY- BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed the 29th day of December, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 15) From a point at the South right-of-way line of U.S. Route 36 and the West right-of-way line of North Fairway Avenue, a tract three (3) feet in width Southwesterly to and including Lot One (1) of Wyckles Subdivision as per Plat recorded in Book 1882, Page 270 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Section 2. That except as amended hereby the provisions of Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, shall be, and remain, in full force and effect and shall apply to the premises herein described.
