ORDINANCE N0. 98-79 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC CIRCLE <br /> -WEST MACON AND NORTH EDWARD STREETS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> cause a traffic circle to be installed at the intersection of West Macon and North Edward Streets, in the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 2.
