ORDINANCE NO. 98-46 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -4625 EAST MARYLAND STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1998, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of JDN Development Company to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO <br /> AND HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br />
