L. Carter's <br /> Lakeside Club Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 536 Page 74 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence East to <br /> the West right-of-way line of Lake Shore Drive, thence South along the <br /> said right-of-way line of Lake Shore Drive to the North line of Lot Seven <br /> (7) of said Addition, thence West to the Northwest corner of said Lot <br /> Seven (7), thence North to the Southwest corner of Lot Seventeen (17) of <br /> said Addition,thence East to the point of beginning; and, � <br /> WHEREAS, said portion of street is no longer useful to the public or to the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the public interest will be subserved by vacating said portion of street and <br /> the public will be relieved from any further burden or responsibility for maintaining said portion <br /> of street. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIivED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: � <br />
