Loehr and others requesting that there <br /> be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> Lot Eighteen (18) of Virginia 4th Addition as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 982 Page 6 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois. <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and by ,at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, T'HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
