RESOLUTION NO. R201 6-23 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS TO PAY <br /> THE CITY'S PORTION OF CONSTRUCTION COSTS TO IMPROVE <br /> THE MOUND ROAD BRIDGE OVER SPRING CREEK EAST <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2013-25 <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of$200,000 of State Motor Fuel <br /> Tax funds for the purpose of paying the City's share of Motor Fuel Tax eligible construction <br /> costs for the Mound Road Bridge Over Spring Creek East under the applicable provisions of the <br /> Illinois Highway Code. <br /> Section 2. That only those sidewalks, streets, highways, bridges; and operations as listed <br /> and described as part of the Mound Road Bridge Over Spring Creek East project, are eligible for <br /> State Motor Fuel Tax funds and shall be designated as Section 13-00325-00-BR. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as <br /> given above, submit to the Department of Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, <br /> a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for <br /> this period; and <br /> Section 4.
