, . . <br /> _,� � , <br /> o����E No. s � <br /> ORDINANCE MAI�ING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR MAY l, 1994 THROUGH APRIL 30, 1995 <br /> - AMERICORPS FUND - <br /> WI�REAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual appropriation <br /> ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 1994 through April 30, 1995, certain additional revenues not <br /> i available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual appropriation ordinance was <br /> adopted have now been made available or are anticipated to become available by grants from the <br /> Federal Government; and <br /> WHEREAS, the aggregate of the additional revenues so made available or estimated to <br /> be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as <br /> aforesaid is in excess of the total amount hereinafter appropriated. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS. <br /> Section 1.
