R99-123 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF <br /> LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION <br /> -BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the grant application presented to the Council herewith for the 1999 <br /> Local Law Enforcement Block Grant through the Bureau of Justice Assistance for a grant <br /> regarding enhancement of community policing efforts and equipment purchases be, and the same <br /> is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said grant includes a sum not to exceed $18,397.00 from the City of <br /> Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
