R98-78 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> CONTRACT FOR SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> CITY PROJECT 9809 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City has requested proposals for surveying services for the traffic <br /> signal improvement projects scheduled for Fiscal Year 1998-99. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of Homer L. Chastain & Associates be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Homer L.
